11 common skin errors that harms your face and how to avoid them

Most ladies would grumble about one or the other skin care issue at some point in their lives, issues they think are so hard to solve.

Even so, new research has stated that in their skin care routine, little things women do unintentionally cause more damage than they care to believe.

Here are 11 skincare errors that you actually made.

1. Not regularly washing your pillowcase or bedspread

2. Use of fake products

Fast every woman's struggle is to get the right skin care product. Although it's tempting to just buy any product there now, your best bet is to continue with products built to offer what it needs to your skin type. If you have dry skin, opt for a moisturizing regimen. If you are prone to breakouts, scan your product labels for ingredients such as salicylic acid, which prevent acne.

If you are unsure of your skin type, please consult with your dermatologist.

3. Avoid Toner

Toner is a product which restores the skin's pH balance and prepares it for further procedures. Even the usual moisturizing cream with a toner works more efficiently. In addition, it should be used after traumatizing procedures such as chemical peels.

Most likely you prevent skin issues like dryness, itching, and rashes. The key thing is to find a drug with no alcohol in it.

4. Bursting  your Pimples

Yeah, we all know the intense pleasure of an irritating pimple popping out, but doing so would just spread the inflammation and cause scarring. Apply an acne cream and keep your hands off your face afterwards.

5. Using hard soaps

Your skin develops protective oils and defenses to remain healthy, and rinses them away with the use of harsh soaps. Go for your face with something soft, instead, and don't use it more than twice a day. Select items for your body that will replenish the natural nutrients in your skin, and use them whenever you have a shower.

6. Cleaning-up excessively

We appreciate the need to clean your face well, but when you over-clean your face, you can strip essential oils from your skin and the moisture it needs to glow. As your skin overcompensates by producing more oil, this can lead directly to more breakouts. Upon washing your skin shouldn't be feeling tight. When they do, you 're probably overdoing them.

7. Not  using sunscreen frequently

Sunscreen is an essential skincare feature. It protects the skin from the strong ultraviolet rays of the sun. This can lead to premature aging, wrinkling, skin sagging, skin discoloration, and cancer. Dermatologists suggest the use under the sun or rain of a wide-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or more 365 days a year.

8. Not having sufficient water and sleep

Your body gets stressed when you don't sleep, and when your body gets stressed, cortisol is produced. Cortisol causes your whole body to become inflamed and this includes your skin. The rest of a good evening will relax your nerves and skin.

Even, if your skin is drying out from the inside, no amount of moisturizer can help. Drink plenty of water, because it progresses to dehydration, and avoid overindulging in alcohol.

9. Do not exfoliate or overdo it

Exfoliating is an important step in skincare because it helps get rid of all the bad, dead skin. After that your face should also feel baby-smooth. Draws harmful byproducts, and inspects oil. But it can do more damage than good to overdo it, contributing to flaking, dryness, redness and infection. A good recommendation for skin care is to exfoliate gently 1-2 days a week, with a emphasis on pores.

10. Not using your products in the exact sequence

It also matters a lot the order of your skin care routine makes a big difference.

Professionals in skincare recommend you to wash your makeup first, then use a cleanser, accompanied by an exfoliator or toner, remedies (serums, mists, etc.), eye cream, moisturizing cream and then oil and then sunscreen or SPF.

11. Going to sleep  with makeup on

There are some nights where it all feels like too much hassle to wash and clean up. But when you don't wash your face in front of bed, you 're not only letting all that makeup block your pores, but now you're getting all the grime and dirt you've made contact with on your face for more hours all through the day. Too many nights like that and there would be plenty of acne and lines on your face.
