Breaking: Thugs invade Nigerian embassy in Indonesia, ruin property



Sunday Only seven days, parts of the residential building in the Nigerian Embassy were demolished in Ghana, Nigerians protesting the alleged discrimination and human rights abuses by Indonesian immigration officials, storming the country's embassy and vandalizing some properties belonging to the Nigerian government. Some individuals suspected to be Nigerians were spotted holding placards with various inscriptions in a video clip obtained.

They've been heard chanting "Nigeria doesn't help us here. We have no Ambassy. We don't go 'grade.' Recall a 41-year-old Nigerian dropped off a nine-storey building while attempting to flee from Indonesian immigration officers. However, his fall sparked outrage among Nigerians, which led to the destruction and vandalization of the country's embassy property.

Responding, Foreign Minister Geoffrey Onyeama denounced the act via his twitter account, adding that anyone involved in the destruction of property in the country should be found and dealt with. His terms, "Completely deplorable and disgraceful criminal conduct by Nigerian hooligans who have assaulted the Nigerian Embassy in Jakarta , Indonesia today without excuse.
"There should be every attempt to locate them and see they 're being seriously punished. Absolutely improper behaviour.'
